Integrative Therapy Services for Mental Health & Well-being

Sometimes all a client needs is someone just to really listen to them and to accept what they are saying in a non-judgemental way. Or a couple given a safe space to explore their relationship and make changes for the future.

Therapy comes in many different shapes and forms, and I believe that the mode of therapy should be tailored to fit the individual client—after all, we are all unique. I work with both individuals and couples, offering a space where each person’s experience is valued and respected. My approach is rooted in Integrative Therapy, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic theories to best support each client’s needs.

My core influences include Psychodynamic, Psychoanalytic, and Person-Centred schools of thought. I also have a deep interest in Jungian and Gestalt approaches, and I remain curious and open to new teachings and practices. Depending on the client, our work might include creative methods such as drawing, writing, or music, alongside experiential exercises. I may also incorporate practices like mindfulness or meditation, where appropriate. My goal is always to find the most supportive and meaningful way to help each client move forward.

Sometimes, what a client needs most is someone who will truly listen, deeply, openly, and without judgment. I offer a safe, accepting space where you can speak freely and begin to really understand yourself, perhaps for the first time. Simply being heard and acknowledged with compassion can be a powerful first step toward healing and change.

Therapy typically takes place in weekly sessions at a time that suits you. These sessions provide consistency and a supportive framework where meaningful progress can be made. Together, we decide on the length of therapy, whether short or long term, based on an initial hour-long assessment. From there, we create a plan and working agreement, and continue to review and adapt the work as it evolves.

I place you, the client, at the heart of everything we do. Our work is collaborative, with the aim of helping you navigate life more confidently, peacefully, and purposefully.
